Gia Getsadze: The Ministry of Justice builds a convenient and understandable system for administrative services

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) “Fair Justice” and International Charitable Organization “Center for Ukrainian Reform Education” (CURE) has announced the launch of an information campaign for the population “E-government simplifies communication”.

Currently, the Ministry of Justice is working on expanding the range of online services and simplifying of its providing. In addition to available online administrative services, a pilot project is currently being tested by which the birth certificates can be given to parents directly at the maternity hospital. This pilot project works in the several maternity hospitals now, and then this service will be available at all maternity hospitals of Ukraine – said Gia Getsadze.

During the press conference the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Gia Getsadze emphasized that implementing e-government the Ministry of Justice builds a transparent, convenient and understandable system of administrative services focused on the citizens’ needs.

Gia Getsadze stressed the importance of teamwork and cooperation in order to achieve the best results in combating corruption and improvement of providing services to our citizens.
