The ministry of justice of ukraine continues competitions to fill vacant positions of management personnel in regional justice departments and it welcomes attorneys to take part in the selection.

According to the Deputy Minister of Justice Gia Getsadze, he was quite impressed with the fact that a lot of people, who are submitting their applications to take part in this competition, have previously never worked in the justice system.

 

“Of course, we give our current employees a chance to climb the career ladder and we encourage them to do so. But, on the other hand, competitive selection’s openness gives young and motivated attorneys a chance to occupy high positions within the justice system”, - stated the Deputy Minister of Justice.

 

He also stated that testing and selection of new candidates are permanent. As soon as management position’s vacancy pops up in the judicial system, the Personnel commission immediately begins the selection process.

 

He encouraged everyone, who wants to get a prestigious job at the Ministry of Justice, not to be afraid of tests and to submit their documents.

 

“I would like to encourage all attorneys, who previously hadn’t thought about working in justice authorities, or had no faith in fairness of our competitions, to come and try their hand. On one hand you have a chance to get senior public position and on the other hand – you will get perfect experience and an opportunity to get to the Ministry of Justice personnel reserve”, - emphasized Gia Getsadze.

 

The Deputy Minister of Justice also pointed out high professional level of candidates, who participate in the competition. After all, despite difficult questions, about 70-75% of candidates successfully pass this stage.

 

58 candidates submitted their applications to participate in these tests. According to the results of a written exam and tests, best candidates will be interviewed by the Personnel commission, which, in its turn, will provide its recommendations regarding appointment for the position to the Minister of Justice.

Chairman of the Main Territorial Administration of Justice in Lviv Region;

First Deputy Chairman of the Main Territorial Administration of Justice in Chernihiv region;

Deputy Chairmen of the Main Territorial Administrations of Justice for the State Enforcement Service – Chairmen of State Enforcement Service Administration of the Main Territorial Administrations of Justice in Volyn, Zakarpattya, Lviv, Ternopil and Chernigiv regions;

Deputy Chairmen of the Main Territorial Justice Administrations for State Registration – Chairmen of the State Registration Administrations of the Main Territorial Justice Administrations in Kirovograd, Lviv and Chernigiv regions.
