The aim of this project is facilitation of the administrative services’ provision procedure, improvement of their quality and eliminating corruption risks.
This model provides the ability to file an application in electronic format via the internet, book time and date to visit the registrar and online payment for the services provided.
Additionally, necessity of further reforms in the enforcement of judgments system has been highlighted.
Gia Getsadze emphasized that court decisions are obligatory for enforcement all over Ukraine and any private interests cannot hinder the enforcement of these decisions. Property, which, according to the court, is retrieved or is in state ownership, belongs to the state and no one has the right to use it in private matters. The state will protect its interests in order to preserve property’s integrity belonging to it and which cannot be privatized for the benefit of separate individuals. This particularly concerns the situation around “Lermontovskiy” sanatorium.
